Shipping
All Your Green has only the most sophisticated shipping methods: Delivered by Zero Emission Magic Dragons that run on renewable ethanol in packages that are made from reclamated industrial waste (the non-glowing kind). Well, not so much. We might recycle the cardboard. We are all for reusing shipping boxes! Oh, and UPS has not yet switched to ethanol powered magic dragons. We keep asking anyway.

How much to ship? |
$5 per order. More? Less? NO! We charge a FLAT rate for ALL orders. Yes, this might be steep if you order one thing for $2.50. Well, the solution is simple! Order $500 of stuff and rejoice in only $5 shipping for your whole order! |
How soon will it ship? |
1-2 Business Days. Yes, by "business days" we mean Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays. By 1-2, we mean one to two days and it will be in the carrier's hands. This applies to everything in stock! |
Is It In Stock? |
YES! At the moment, we don't backorder - we sell whats we gots. Who wants to place an order and then find out it will be a month until it ships? Not you! In the future, we may add specialty items that ship directly from the manufacturer, but in that case, it will be clearly noted on the product before you buy it. We may like surprises, but we find it good policy to assume you don't. |
How Do You Ship? |
UPS and USPS. Smaller packages may be shipped USPS with tracking, insurance and delivery confirmation. However, even though we occasionally use USPS, we do not ship to PO Boxes. This is to prevent fraud! AYG uses Big Brown (UPS) for shipping boxes. UPS has great package tracking and automatically insures packages. |
Where Do You Ship? |
USA - the 50 States. For our standard $5 shipping we will ship your package to any great state of the Union. Oh, and Washington DC. I guess you guys count too. Fact is, we haven't found a good way to ship to places like Guam, Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico... at least cost effectively. Also, we aren't equipped to ship internationally. Es tut mir leid. |
Shipping Time? |
2 - 7 business days. USPS and UPS usually take from two to seven business days (Monday through Friday) to ship from us in sunny California to you. Hawaii, Alaska, Maine will probably take a full seven business days. To another address in CA will probably be 1-2 days. If you have a mighty need to get your item faster - send us an email and we will see about quoting you for a faster method. |
Receiving Packages |
Check your package upon delivery! It may seem crazy, but please check your package on delivery. We really would like to know if it had a big hole or looks like UPS backed over it with their truck. Please do not wait till a month later to tell us that it arrived damaged. UPS won't believe us (they require notice within 10 days of arrival). If your package arrives damaged, please send us an email and we will help you get a replacement. If something else is wrong with your package, please see our Return Policy. |
